Our contract agreements are fully configurable to provide exactly the type of support you need. Your servers may need immediate call-out services with guaranteed fix times, whilst your workstations or printers may be far less critical.
With increasing levels of customer knowledge we have found it useful to offer several degrees of cover. It is possible to cutout the services that you do not need (re-installations, configuration etc.), or to bolt-on new elements of cover to your contract.
It's up to you.
If you manage a large, complex Wide Area Network or if you have a more modest requirement you need a service you can always trust.
Our repair services are fast and competent, using smart, professionally trained staff. There is a fixed charge for calling out to a problem of £110.00 + VAT. This includes the fist hour of the call-out.
Most problems will be resolved within this time. If this is not possible, we will present you with a further fixed cost of repair. The hourly rate beyond our first hour is £60.00 + VAT per hour for the next four hours, then half day rates thereafter.
Our repair work is guaranteed and fully controlled.
