We have our own in-house training facility at Eastham. Here, we create your system on our training platform so that users learn using the exact same set-up as used on their own computer. This gives us an opportunity to train in a controlled environment, and also allows us to provide the continuity that is essential for successful learning. Our training courses are held in bright and comfortable space, and can include full training notes and lunch when required.Training can be arranged to take place at your site if required.
Supporting the user can be arranged through a telephone service or a remote user interface. We can talk a user through their problem or help them reconfigure their systems by telephone. Remote support is a more powerful system and relies on link to enable us to configure or fix systems via modem.
This is a very cost effective support method, especially with users of new systems.
